Hi Lynda, I have FTM 2014, which I don't think is much different from the version you have. I must confess I don't use it much as yet, as I really can't get my head around it compared to the ease of using the older version (2005). I think it's just me though - I still have the alternative so the incentive to learn the new one just isn't there! However - I think you will find what you're looking for if you click on the 'Publish' button on the top bar. If that's not there & you don't get a solution from the list, can I suggest that you join the FTM-Help e-mail list. They are a great bunch and very helpful. You can go into much more detail and as with all these lists, if you just follow it, you discover all sorts of useful stuff you might not have realised you could do with FTM. They cover all versions, not just the latest. Just google 'FTM-help rootsweb list' (without quotes) and you should find it easily. My husband bought me Version 2011 when it came out, but I didn't like it. It is so different - couldn't find where the scrapbook photos were and didn't like the layout etc so I went back to my 2006 version. I know I should probably have persevered but I am happy with what I have.
