    1. Re: [CHERRY-L] Cherry Families North Carolina
    2. Jim & Gaila
    3. Clarification - My Cherry family is from North Carolina according to the census, but in Houston County, Georgia by mid 1800's. Sorry for any confusion, Gaila > The Cherry families I am looking for are in Houston County by the early to mid 1800's (1831 - 1850). There is Spencer, William (b1804, NC) and Riley (b 1808, Georgia?). Are they brothers? I have William's descendants, in order. Does anyone have information on Spencer or Riley's descendants. We are looking to see if they used name order, so we could locate a father's or mother's name. > > Lets talk about North Carolina Cherry's for awhile! > Thanks > Gaila > > Also here is information on some Cherry men: William, Willis and Solomon being charged with being in a riot c 1790. > > > > Tina sent this to another list > > > all over these NC records/Cherry > Folder: 1792 (second folder) > Information: Arrest warrant for Soloman CHERRY, William CHERRY, and Willis CHERRY on a > charge of riot, on which charge John WORSELY is prosecutor.
