I have always verified & used internet genealogies as "leads" - simply because honest mistakes are made. But to think that that someone is doing this on purpose - should be illegal, as FRAUD. Perhaps we should all report any instances of these to all of our groups and post records on the sites /internet of known offenders... Would LOVE to see them get caught...
