I am not entirely sure this is the right Ludovic Grant's family, but it seems likely. Our genealogy library here in Tulsa is wonderful and can get most anything in on inter-library loan and I would dearly love to look at it! I also noted there was an entry come up for a Todvick Grant also born abt 1665 in Kirktoun, Scotland. That one does have a reference for book 23. I suspect this is probably Ludovic for both of them, but perhaps the father of our Ludovic, unless the birth information we have is faulty. That is entirely possible!
