    3. Alli, I just found out my grandson came home from the hospital, two days later than I thought he was. he was jaudiced too. on top of that....sad news. I lost my new black/white foal. He got sick, the vet didn't come out, advised me by phone. She said he'd be fine, he started bleeding out, must have had a ruptured intestine. too late to save him by that time. Excuse me, but dam_ it. had she came out when I phoned she might have found something, or if she had just not been so confident and said so I could have called someone who would have come out. it's all a long story...longer than I'm giving. You know how my emotions are after losing my husband. This is hard too. Brings back alot of feelings. I know you lost your foal a few years back and understand. I'm scared now for my other pregnant mares. Fear that one will have a dead foal at birth. I know it's dumb, but that's my fear.
