Wow this is some kind of coincidence. My GGGG-Grandmother was Mary Polly Miller, born abt 1818. Married a James Fuller and had 8 children. They were in Harris Co, GA until a large group of them migrated to Webster Parish LA. in 1841, including my GGG-Grandmother Martha Cathron Fuller- Almand. Mary's father is assumed to be the infamous Walking Jim Miller as he was in that area at that time. I have no info on James Fuller in GA. I can see how your Ross' get mixed in with my Ross'. My GGG-Grandmother, Mariah Ross was married to Jonathan D. Mulkey (another name which is oft confused with others with the same name). She died on the Trail of Tears in 1838. Thanks for sharing. :) Michael Matherly <michael@michaelmatherly.com> wrote: William H. Barker b. about 1850 married Mariah A. Ross b. 1855.
