I would say it is because we work so closely with the direct lineage that we sometimes fail to check out the side lineages and they often bear clues we need. The Mixed bloods really have a time with this because it deals with so many different cultures it is hard to know where the records we need will be found. I read all postings from this area just hoping for the sligest clue. Grandma
