Canadian District was in Eastern Oklahoma in what was then the Cherokee Nation. One of the towns of that district was Webbers Falls--that might give you an idea as to where it was. It was the southernmost district of the Cherokee Nation. Canadian County is in Western Oklahom and was in Oklahoma Territory (NOT Indian Territory or not even the Cherokee Nation. Towns in Canadian County= El Reno, and I think--Mustang & Yukon (closer to Oklahoma City & Oklahoma County than El Reno)
