Just a guess Alli, he was the only one that registered. Remember people had to travel to Oklahoma or be living in Oklahoma at the time the rolls were done. I have a cousin in the same situation. Her gggrandfathers sister is listed but he isn't. That doesn't do a thing for her. You have to prove direct connection to the person, if his parents were there it might work. That's what i'm thinking. I don't know where the brother was living at. I know mine were in NC then Mo then Okla. then Ark & back to Okla they applied for the Eastern Band but were rejected.
