Debbie, Look on your Tool bar at the top of your screen. Go to "View". The first listing in the drop down box is "Current View". Open that and see if the view has been changed to "Hide Read or Ignored Messages". Make sure that "Show all messages" is selected. See if this helps. I had the same thing happen about 5 or 6 months ago, that was my problem. Freaked me out............. Good luck.
