Restore inbox info needed When I opened OUTLOOK today my inbox messages were gone, zapped. I know this is not a computer area but I'm desperate. does anyone know how to find them (I checked the delete folder) and they are gone. I'm talking all stored messagaes I've ever had. How do I find them? restore them? and how would this happen? I did look in this folder C:\WINDOWS\Application Data\Identities\{60531720-827D-11D7-A631-BAC79E5C0927}\Microsoft\Outlook Express see an outlook in folder but not sure what to do with it. would defragging bring it back? reloading OUTLOOK EXPRESS? please let me know as I'm not sure if I should shut down and defrag or what. Also, my computer will not longer defrag in regular mode, I can only do it in safety mode. once I do it twice in safety mode I can defrag in regular mode but it stops at 80 or 90 percent defragged. Before I try safety mode it will only defrag 20 percent. my computer has been acting up and I've tried to locate worms, trojans, spyware, virus, using my online (updated) virus program, online programs like Trend, panda, ect.
