My Cherokee great-grandmother was born in Indiana in 1873, but I have been unable to find out anything more about their time in that state. I wrote about a birth certificate, but they were not kept that early. I am wondering if you might be able to tell me where I might look for more information on the Cherokee in Indiana. They were in Tennessee on 1900 census. Thanks for any help or info you might give me.
