This is probably an impossible task. My mother doesn't remember much except that her father's mother was the daugter of a Cherokee Indian. Her father was English and supposedly a mayor of Philadelphia.Her name was Zefferina.They lived in Philadelphia. She was in her late 80's when I was around 10. That was 45 years ago. My grandfathers middle name was Goodwin,my uncles was Kenworthy. They were last names of some family member. My great grandmothers married name was Bowers.My mother thinks the tribe was from New Jersey.Does this make sense to anyone? Pat.
