Hello everyone. I'm new to the list. I've joined in hopes of finding out more about my lineage. Currently I'm looking for information on the Lett, Parks and Phillips families. I am Sharon Griffin Daughter of Laurie LeeOma White Griffin Laurie Lee is daughter of LulaMae Parks and Hugh White Lula Mae Parks is daughter of Lucy Jane Lett Parks and William Arthur Parks William Arthur Parks is son of Thomas ( Tom Parks) and Epsy Hallman Parks Lucy Jane Lett Parks is daughter of Mary Matilda Lett and Eugene Coleman Phillips ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Hugh White is son of George Washington White and Mary Parks George Washington White was son of GJ White who was said to have married a Cherokee girl of the Oklahoma Reservation. GJ came over on a boat from Ireland. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ It is also said that the Parks and Lett's are Native Cherokee as well as the Phillips and Thomas Parks and Epsy Hallman Parks I do know that my grandparents were Native Cherokee due to talk when they were still alive as well as holding the features of Natives. I can only find as far back as Mary Matilda Lett and Eugene Coleman Phillips and the information listed above. I'm desparetly hoping someone can shed some light on this for me!! Thanks so much Sharon
