Does anyone on this list have any information on a Josephine 'Jocie' Jourdan. She was the daughter of Thomas Jourdan of Van Buran ARK. She died in 1910. She was about 15 when she married Jasper Collin VanCleve in Springfield, Conway Co.,ARK on 16th of Feb 1890. Her daughter, Clemmie, said she was born in Falkner County near Conway. I'm really not sure that her father was Thomas as someone gave me that info. without telling me where it came from. I have a copy of a Marriage Certificate. Her daughter, Clemmie Anna VanCleve, said her father was a Methodist preacher and her mother was Cherokee. Clem was born 7 Jan 1904 and was very young when Jocie died.
