Does anyone know where I can find informationabout my ancestors Prince and Susan Jackson? Susan, my family believes, was or was the descendent of an emancipated slave and a member of the Cherokee tribe. We do not know much else, except that Susan married Prince Jackson, who died in Virginia. We think she was born sometime in the 1880s, but this is a rough estimate. I have no idea where to begin, and all I have to go on is the name and a photograph of Susan standing alone in a field. Any information would be much appreciated. Thank you very much, SRM
