For years I've been trying to find my Phillips and Cisco ancestors with no luck. Finally a single piece of paper from the Gov. may be a clue to help. My ancestor Albert Phillips was born 29 Mar 1879 in Iowa His father Charles Phillips born 1859 also in Iowa >>>Charles' mother Mary Cisco born in 1838 OH may have come from Delaware.(Her husband was David Phillips thought to have been born in Iowa) Now I've received a letter from the Gov saying Albert Phillips was really Albert Greyeagle / Cherokke / BB /census # 30626 / and other number 12345 Is there anyone who can help me to the next step? I'd like to find out about this family and to find Mary Cisco's family as well. All advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much, Sarah
