Hi Bettye, I know what you mean, I cannot eat liver either. When I was young my parents made me eat it and it smelled horrible and tasted horrible. I can eat one bite of it and that is it. And that is just because it is supposed to be good for you. I can count less than 10 times that I have made liver for my husband and we have been married for 28 years. He does cook though, so if he gets hungry for it - he just makes it himself. I really am not much of a meat eater anyway, I could easily become vegetarian. I hate to cook meat because I hate the feel of it. I like fish alot, but my husband doesn't. I could live on salad, fruit, fish, and potatoes. I love potatoes and french fries are my favorite.
