Our weather has been confusing not quite a week ago it snowed then a couple days ago it rained all day, then we got Dan's strong winds then they mellowed out to just windy. Now its warming up enough to melt the snow (along w/the winds help) but cold that the geese's water still freezes. Kids are ornery as usual. I'm hoping tomorrow is a warm & dry enough day that I can get them dressed & boot them outside for an hr or so. They are driving me nuts. But we'll be celebrating a birthday for my middle one........he's turning 5 :( on Mon. I found out this morning that my older cousin's daughter (21) died last night/this morning. She went in to the hospital w/pneumonia but passed away during the night or early this morning. Her dad was also in the hospital but he had had surgery on his knee I guess. They spoke after his surgery & things seemed fine. They are having an autopsy done on her to find out what happened. this poor family has dealt w/too many death's just w/in the immediate members. My older cousin lost 2 younger brothers between the very late 70's & early 80's. the first one was killed at 17 in a motorcycle/truck accident on Thanksgiving (I was 9 & he was my favorite cousin) then a few years later their baby brother was 18 & killed in a car/truck accident (I was probably around 12) then a yr later their dad died of a heart attack. My Aunt who is recovering Alcoholic is doing fair I guess. I found this out right after I got up this morning :( Then a friend had to put her horse down. UGH!!
