My paternal 3 great grandparents helped to open Bibb County AL up for homesteading, although they lived there briefly ca 1821 before pioneering into Perry County AL and lastly in Marion County AL. It was heartbreaking to hear that church burning has happened in that area once again. Bettye in Ft.
