Does anyone know the colors that symbolizes or stood for the Cherokee People?

not sure how more specific i can get. Apparently there are 4 colors that symbolize the directions, the 4 winds, that the Cherokee's use/believe in. Like black, red, white & blue? Not phrasing it right, but i'm sure someone will understand what i'm asking.
