Good morning Dan It is nice to see a little activity here. Although I live in the Northeast, I have many relatives both and off the reservation in North Carolina. Recently we were discussing when the American Indian actually became a citizen of the United States. I have always been told it happened shortly after WW I. Now my question becomes when did it actually happen and why did it take so long ?
