    3. Well, it sounds like a lot. But its not really :) I think the kids & house work take up more time then anything. I need to spend less time on the computer though to get more things accomplished LOL the one home business I do is kids books....I've been w/this for about 4 yrs. its fun....great for fundraisers. the other....its a internet one I'll tell you more about it in private....I don't want to bug everyone else about them LOL Home schooling is getting better. My oldest has his moments w/it......first its too hard, then its boring, then he just wants to play, all the same excuses most kids use w/regular school & home work. But he's better at it. We're hoping to get thru his 3rd grade book by the end of the "school year". He's tested up to 5th grade w/the Curriculum we were going to start using, but it was suggested to start him at his current "regular" school level to start off w/. Its a bit of a challenge when you have 2 younger one's that can be a distraction. Yep....same here......we've got Cherokee blood....don't know where LOL My dad thought it started w/his grandma I got a copy of her picture & she too looks very Indian, but w/the research I've done so far it seems to have started w/my 4th great grandma. but that's still not definite Alli :) > Hi Alli, > Boy you really are busy and I thought that I was busy. 3. Ours wasn't........well, the area we were in wasn't too bad. But those lady's are always running around doing something. The only time I saw them stationary was when they were filling pop up at their station otherwise it was hustling every where. I haven't tried the stuffing.....the other thing I'd like to try but haven't yet is the taco stuff.....the hamburger & "refried" beans....just doesn't look to appetizing...but I was in the mood for Hamburger & French fries so I gave the hamburger a try.....I think it was a sirloin type hamburger which I hadn't had before...a bit different. Haven't tried a lot of the deserts, but my favorite is the ice cream of course :) & the Rice Krispies......I can eat a ton of those....end up sick of course.....but oh are they good LOL Yeah I worked in a couple of restaurants (Chinese & one that was a restaurant/buffet setting) I didn't eat much at the Chinese (mandarin) one much after I saw how they made some things, but at the other one that is like the towns coffee/meeting place I did. But didn't gain anything either I was always running around like a chicken w/its head cut off LOL But I was also a teenager so I could eat a lot & not gain......now it might be another question LOL Alli :) > Hi Barb, > Was the Golden Corral very busy when you ate there? 1. Fw: Elder's Meditation of the Day - January 3
    2. Alli
    3. Blank This was sent the other day & I just came across it & thought I'd share. Alli :) Elder's Meditation of the Day - January 3 "We don't have to say or think what we don't wish to. We have a choice in those things, and we have to realize that and practice using that choice." --Rolling Thunder, CHEROKEE Having choices makes us fully accountable. No one can make us think anything we don't want to think. No one can determine our behavior and how we act. It's not what's going on but how we look at what's going on. If someone does something and we get upset, we can change how we look at it any time we want. We can tell ourselves in the morning that the day is going to be beautiful and that we have expectations that great things will happen. Doing this daily sets our mind to look for the joy and the excitement of each day. Great Spirit, help me to choose my thoughts with Your wisdom.
