I homeschooled my grandson several years. What kind of home business. I know at this point in your life there doesn't seem to be enuff hours in the day.So busy with day to day living. But savor every minute. The day will come when you even miss the messes the kids made.Remember that you are making memories for a lifetime each day and count your blessings often.Forgive the ramblings of an ole lady<grin> Ruth

Maybe as long as we are talking about clans and their power==If the man hit the woman the clan would move him out==next morning if he was dumb enough to be there they would then start stoning him out of the Village and off the land never come back

Dan I agree with that. In Australia if you see any Aboriginal artifacts you have leave them where u found them and I dont think you can touch them It is acknowledged the belong to the Native people. I like you would keep American things to study, give them to anothet Indian or leave it there. Yes I think telling will get the place invaded. My friend that will go to France is Indian and wil go to France toi identify whatever can be identified as original. They try to make some arrangements to get them back to the US and the tribal governments. ............................................... Wrapping hooves was common when they were in rough territory. The Spanish introduced the horse into the Native American culture in the 1500's. Yep I have ;) yet still behind on mail LOL Alli > Please ladies lets agree to disagree and move on Ruth
I dont see the part reference, but since people use it for a general term part this and part that - it is a popular term. I use it too, I guess we could use something else. like ? Dunno. English, Irish, Dutch, Scots, Indian ? Mix .? I really do not know many of ours, my old folks just had lots of opinions. Non to accurate - like for our Cherokee, many stories, but always the same people names. My folks did not talk about this much because there was to many others who were causing problems for those people who they knew how they were related back then. So that subject was dropped, my mom always said she did not want to talk about it .
