    3. My medicine bags hold things that bring me fond memories, a beautiful sea shell, a babys first tooth, a small delicate crystal, locks rom my childrens hair, and other things. When I feel sad or alone, I take these things out of my medicine bag and look at them and remember all the good things that they represent. It is very good medicine to remember happy things.
