James and David Jr are his sons and Mary is his daughter, Calvin is the oldest son of James. They came to Marion Co by way of Green and Hart Cos Ky, circa 1818, James coming first and the rest soon afterwards. David Sr and wife Mary, David Jr and daughter Mary are buried in the Cheekville cemetery at Whitwell Tn. James raised a family of two sons and five daughters and died there the 29th of Oct 1837. His wife is unknown. James' son David Franklin is my grandfather, who was born, lived and died in Marion Co Tn. At least some of them were Cumberland Presby with Huegenot background.
