Letter to R. S. Sanders Dated 10 Nov 1979 From: Pauline Herrmann of Sierra Vista, Arkansas Pauline discusses that "David & John were listed in the 1810 Green Co., KY Index." I checked the 1810 Green Co., KY census using Heritage Quest, and found these: Heritage Quest 1810 U. S. Federal Census Green County, Kentucky No Township Listed Series: M252 Roll: 6 Page: 274 Image: 17 Male Categories: 0-10, 10-16, 16-26, 26-45, 45+ Female Categories: 0-10, 10-16, 16-26, 26-45, 45+ Andrew Shadowon Males: 3 (0-10), 1 (10-16), 1 (16-26), 1 (45+) Females: 3 (0-10), 1 (16-26), 1 (26-45) John Chaudoin Males: 2 (0-10), 1 (16-26) Females: 2 (16-26) ************************* Series: M252 Roll: 6 Page: 275 Image: 18 David Chaudoin Males: 1 (0-10), 1 (10-16), 1 (45+) Females: 3 (0-10), 1 (10-16), 1 (26-45)
Hello, Again, If anyone has Ancestry.com and/or Heritage Quest access, I would appreciate validation of the census readings. Things are not always too clear and I would like to make certain that there is some agreement that I have placed the numbers in the correct catergories. Is there anyone out there who can help me now and then by double checking? Also, Pauline, indicates in the letter (to R. S. Sanders) mentioned below that she believes David Chaudoin who went to Tennessee had the son named James Chaudoin also of Tennessee who died in 1837.
