Hello, Subscribers, This is to notify you that RootsWeb has made changes to the way they send e-mail messages to you by updating their software and service to what they call "Mailman." Until today you were able to subscribe using the same e-mail address to both the individually sent messages (called CHAUDOIN-L which were messages sent to you as received) and also to the digest (called CHAUDOIN-D which contained all of one days messages posted in a combined message...digest) sent to you. However, it was not necessary to subscribe both ways, and now with the new system, you cannot subscribe to both L and D by using the same e-mail address. If you wish to subscribe to both the L and the D, you must use different e-mail addresses for each. Most of you are subscribed under the CHAUDOIN-L and thus this change will not be of incidence to you, so no change will be necessary for you. At the present, everyone as of today will receive e-mail via CHAUDOIN-L setup. If however you wish a change, please let me know and I will change the way you receive your e-mail messages by setting your messages from the L to the D format. Just send me your name, the e-mail address that you want to change, and I will take care of the change from L to D for you. If you wish to receive messages both ways (CHAUDOIN-D in addition to the CHAUDOIN-L), you will have to send me a different e-mail address than what you received this message under today.
