However, all men participating do not bear the CHAUDOIN surname, so we are still in the dark as to how those bearing the CHAUDOIN surname may or may not match with others. In other words we do not have any base DNA participants for the CHAUDOIN surname or even SHADOWEN, SHADOWENS, SHADOAN, etc. who claim descendancy from Francois CHAUDOIN. His results do not match with any other participants. We need CHAUDOIN, SHADOWEN, SHADOWENS, SHADOAN, etc. men who bear one of the surnames and who deem themselves to be descended from Francois CHAUDOIN to participate. Some/One of the SHADDEN/SHADDAN participants may be a match for CHAUDOIN, but until we get some known representatives to participate, we cannot go further. Are there any CHAUDOIN, SHADOWEN, SHADOWENS, SHADOAN individuals willing to participate for your branch? Sometimes various family members share the cost to sponsor an individual.
