    1. [CHASE-L] Naturalization papers. West Coast
    2. Just found out that a copy of my great grandfather's naturalization papers are available from the agency listed below. For me this is most exciting as his name was Joseph Smith. (A few thousand of those floating around) Having his date of application and date issued was of course of great help. I also knew that he had gone to Prince Edward Island as a nine year old. Now if only the parents names are on the papers His daughter Jane Matilda Smith married my grandfather Gilbert Padleford Chase in San Fransisco.
