    3. All, I think it is now safe to assume we will NOT be sending the CHASE family tree to Broderbund. However unless I hear objections to the contrary, I would like to submit it to GENDEX. It is frustrating I feel. Because of the situation with the copyrights law and the "TIGHT" hold Broderbund holds on it, I have chosen not to submit any of my data to them. This research is something I have worked long and hard for and do not want to take a chance of them saying I can not do anything with it in the future if I can get it that far. <G> Plus I do not like the fact that you submit data to them for free, and yet you are not even allowed a discount on the purchase of that cd...
