ALL, The Server for the Chase site is still down. David Partridge,of Surnameweb has just got back off holiday and tells me that his contact with the server is an "8 am to 5pm" number. He says he will not have any news until midday EST today(Sunday). For all who may be concerned. I use the same Server as Surnameweb as this way the Surnameweb boys set up the scripts and directories required and als provide excellent back-up. I understand that the Server organisation was sold some 2/3 months ago but the new owners would maintain the "Status quo" and cooperate with Surnameweb. Should we ever be forcrd to move then it would be a matter of finding a Server that supports scripts. ( I know of one or two and I beleive Geocities may even do so).
