Hi Chase researchers, I have been looking for Sarah Chase for several years now, without much luck. All I know is that she was born about 1788, married William Wingate, I think in Queen Anne's County, Maryland, before 1805, the year her first child was born. She moved to Boone County, KY about 1814 and died there in 1852. On the 1850 census, she gave her birthplace as Maryland. I can find no trace of her, or husband William Wingate, in Maryland. Would someone please give me some suggestions as to where to look? I will be going to my local (very small) FHC soon. Thanks, Suzanne Russell auntsue@twlakes.net
