Rebecca, sorry to take so long to reply, been out of town. My ggggrandmother was Martha CHACE. She was born Jennings co., Ind. march 1, 1831. She married John VENIS 24 Feb 1842 in Boone County IN. John and Martha's children were: Henry b. 1843, Boone co, Ind, George b. 1844-50 clinton Co., Ind., d. Aug 26, 1918, duane Augusta b. Feb 26, 1846 in Ind., m. Ida Belle McMindes sept 19, 1880 and died Aug 12, 1921 in Fairland,Ok., Maryann, b. 1849 Ind., Margaret, Benjamin b. 1851 in Ind., harriet b. 1855 Ind., alice b. 1856 Ind and John b. 1859-60 Ind, died 1925 Ind.
