You were a big help to me. <G> I was able to finally locate a marriage record. I had been told that the record did not exist. I kept trying and I really think each time I would contact Wisconsin, I would get a different person. I was able through a friend in Chicago who had access to the Wisconsin marriages. He looked and walla.....There it was. I was in 7th heaven and still am actually. He told me the certificate number etc and upon contacting Wisconsin again, I got the data I was looking for. WOW!!!!! All I can say was it was a big break through for me. And persistence paid off on this avenue. Never give up and exhaust all avenues. The fruits of the labor are well worth it.
