CHASE, Landon Carter was born in Tennessee (we beleive) c1840. He died before 1920 because he is not on the census. He married Edith _?_ b. 1841 Tennessee. They had a daughter named Mary b. 1870 in Tennessee and died c1920 in Hill County, Texas. Info from the 1920 census for Hill County Texas is as follows: FARMER, Joshua age 55 (b.1865) Texas occupation: machinist at cotton gin parents born in Tennessee " , Mary (wife) age 50 (b.1870) Tennessee parents born in Tennessee Curtis, Paul (son-in-law) age 20 (b.1900) Texas occupation: laborer at cotton gin " , Edith (daughter) age 23 (b.1897) Texas CHASE, Edith (mother-in-law) age 79 born (1841) in Tennessee; parents born in Tennessee I assume Landon Carter Chase has died and Edith is living in the home of her daughter Mary. Mary died shortly after the census was taken. I am currently trying to find out which cemetery these people are buried in and get some dates of death for them. I have very limited information and resourses to help me find out more about these people. Any help would be appreciated. Kate
