I've been seeing the questions going back and forth about "Seven Generations of the Descendants of Aquila abd Thomas Chase" compiled by Chase and Chamberlain. NEHGS does not have it listed in their current sales catalog which I just received last week. I do find it listed, however, in their 1995 catalog and listed as their 1993 photo-reprint. In 1995 it's catalog number was #B3-08750 and priced $45.00 It's possible that it's not in the currant catalog because they have none left on the shelves. But I believe if you order it, they will print it. That's the way they handled it when I ordered the Chelmsford MA Vital Records. Of course it took a few weeks before I got the book.
