ALL, I apologise as I sent the following to the wrong address-somehow! ************************************************ All, I am now informed that the Scripts to run the CHASE DBASE have now been set up at the CHASE www site. Will all those intending to contribute their CHASE?CHACE gedcoms please send to me as soon as possible that I can start the tricky job of merging them. Please remember to compile the gedcom with the NOTES enabled so as to make it easier to addnotes as you may require to your whole database. Depending upon the size and amount of gedcoms received it may be possible to set up contributors full family gedcom as a seperate dbase linked to the CHASE dbase. Certainly DIRECT linking to other dbase if necessary on ANY site is possible so would all thase with their own WWW sites please let me known the addresses(URLs). This applies even if you do not wish to contribute to the CHASE dbase. A link will be made direct if from a common ancestor in the CHASE dbase.
