For your and those who have not yet sent me their information I had a problem as Judy sent me this excellent document, written in "Word". The problem is it was approaching 3 MB big which would have meant loading times for the page to be very long. I eventually solved it by saving the document as a "Rich Text Format", using the "Word" "Save as ..." facility and then saving that file as a "Web Page". Trying to save the original as a Web Page did not work as the formating code appeared in the text.
