No, unfortunately I cannot alter data. The reason is that it was frozen as the demands on the host coputer were getting excessive as the database grew. I have contacted surnameweb but so far no response. The only other solution would be to delete it entirely which I am VERY reluctant to do, for as you say it does include everything when compiling the files from my gedcom. I will chase up surnameweb and see if I can get agreement to access it on condition I do not INCREASE the amount of data.
