IN 1989-1990 AT LEAST AS I HAVE THE NEW ENGLAND HISTORICAL AND GENEALOGICAL REGISTER, VOL. CXLiii OCTOBER, 1989 SITTING RIGHT HERE IN FRONT OF ME. This is the man I was referring to.
