We would like to build a data base of web sites of genealogical information that CHASE network members can use as an aid in identifying places to search for information on family members. (The final list will be available to all at the CHASE web site.) So, as an invaluable help to your fellow Chase family researchers, it would be much appreciated if you would send me the URL address (please double proof read for typos!) of "useful" sites that you have learned of and accessed, along with a very brief, but specific description of the kind(s) of data each contains. (No sites that are only archives, please.) Please don't dismiss sites simply because you might not have found the particular information that you were seeking. Include all that you feel have reasonable potential for others. Also include any comment about a site that might be helpful to first-time users of it. Please send your lists to me at this e-mail address (rachase@earthlink.net), with the subject designated as: Gen Sites. I will weed out duplicate sites and compile a single coordinated listing for posting on the Chase web site from your responses.
