Jerry, you are apparently descended from William Chase. I found the following information in the July 1922 issue of the Chase Chronicle. Abner Chase, the 8th in line from William the emigrant, (Timothy, James, Isaac, William, William, William.) was born Apr. 24, 1784, in Little Compton, Rhode Island. He married Amy Scott, who was born Oct. 5th, 1789, in Rupert, New York - or New Jersey. The daughter of Amos and Miriam (Eastman) Scott. She was married to Abner, son of Timothy and Sarah (Simmons) Chase. About 6 pages are devoted to the descendants of this family. If you still need it, let me know.
