The newsletter is a copyrighted e-mail publication which contains a little advertising for Mr. Ragan's publications and he does solicit donations. Be that as it may, the newsletter IS free and you don't HAVE to buy anything. I am in no way connected to the newsletter except as a subscriber. Now, with that out of the way.
