I'm searching for a Leonard Chase who was born in Derry, NH (per his marriage record). He married Mary Jane Sargent on 29 Oct 1829 in Amesbury, MA. He is buried in Amesbury, at the Second Congregational Church, West Parish, Amesbury (now Merrimac). I haven't been able to locate much information about Derry, NH and any Chase's there in the early 1800's. the Aquila Chas book has a Leonard Chase, son of Theophilus Chase and Anna Farrington b. 1809 in Amesbury. But there is also a record that he died young, so I have no other leads to Aquila. Does anyone have any information on Derry, NH Chases? Dave Emerson
