Re the above so far 7 persons have volunteered to contribute towards the research. On this basis I will proceed and will be writing an email to those concerned. The money will be collected in the US and sent to me and I will initiate the research. I do appreciate and fully understand the protocol of who should be allowed to display an armorial but am told by the College of Arms that there would never be an objection of using by any descendant. They did say it is "good form" to state who the armorial was granted to.
