In reply to Jackson Anderson: I, too, am connected to your CHASE line. I descend from Abner Chase and Amy Scott through their daughter Cylinda. Amy Scott and most of her children emigrated to Salt Lake City after the death of Abner. Cylinda had married George Washington Goodell and moved to Michigan by way of LeRoy New York. Most of the information I have found on the internet had her incorrectly married to a man named Bigler. I have often wondered about the story involved in this emigration. I have received some information which led me to believe that the earlier Chases were Quakers. Judy Walgren
