Married Pauline Bunnell in the Salt Lake Temple and raised 6 children in Provo Utah; Linda Fackrell (Doug), Stephen Chase (Vivian), Carolyn Muhlestein (Grant), Douglas Chase (MaryAnn), Jim Chase (Kim), MaryEtta Chase (Shelle); 35 Grandchildren and 69 Great Grandchildren. First Sergeant in the CCC, Graduated from the LDS Business College, State Secretary for the Junior Chamber of Commerce, WWII Veteran, Reporter/Distributor for the Deseret News for 46 years, Active member of the LDS Church, Fisherman, Hunter, Painter, Musician, Dancer, Gardner, and the life of the party. Graveside services held Saturday, May 13, 2006, 11:00 am at Provo City Cemetery, 610 South State Street. Friends may call Friday 6:00-8:00 pm at Berg Mortuary, 185 East Center Street, Provo.
