    3. Hi - This is an interesting question, as I have a Stevens/Chase connection, but it does not appear to be the one you listed. The names are Lois Stevens marrying James Eaton, and the time was in the latter 18th or first part of the 19th century. Please forgive my lack of specificity on dates, but I had a house fire and, while my genealogy information is, I believe, intact, it is stored away in a warehouse with everything else until I can move back into my house. Anyway, these were my great- etc.-grandparents. Please let me know if you come across these names in your research. I do suspect a close relationship with one or both of the people you listed, because the location is at least near.
