Hi,All, The problems of sending gedcoms to me continues. It would appear that Aol users are convinced My end is at fault. It is, I understand, not the best test, but I have sent the Chase gedcom to myself without problem so at the very least I can send a 2mb+ gedcom via netcom to myself and receive as complete a file just as the one I sent. It is obviously pointless for me to continue with this discussion. The fact that I keep telling all and sundry that I have received over 25 gedcoms and some recently has not convinced our aol users that the fault lies at my end. There is no more to be said. I will not attempt to look at any file coming from an aol user. Dann Craig is trying to sort this out and has volunteered to accept gedcoms and pass to me,if he can. Two recent atttempts by an aol user to send to Craig have failed. PLEASE NO MORE CORRESPONDENCE , TO ME, ON THIS ONE but if you can sort it out ampngst yourselves I would be delighted, HOWEVER you do it! I genuinely am VERY Busy and a further day behind due to my yearly pilgrimage to the Somme in France, (See my seperate email) Keith Hume Keith Hume, email khume@netcomuk.co.uk CHASE-L Website at:- http://www.surnameweb.org/centers/c/chase/index.html http://www.netcomuk.co.uk/~khume/home.html Kent,England Researching:- HULME,DAWSON,(In Lancs.)
